Football for blind and partially sighted people

Football for partially sighted people

Metro is a partner organisation of London Futsal Club. This setup provides adult partially sighted footballers with the opportunity to train and compete against other partially sighted teams on a regular basis. The club has at least two training sessions and one competitive tournament per month. Training is held between 10am-1pm at the SCORE Centre on Oliver Road, Leyton, E10 5JY.

National League

We compete in the British Blind Sport (BBS) National League. Six full day league fixtures and two full day cup fixtures are held each season at purpose built venues. The season runs from September – April (inclusive). Tournaments are held nationally between Swindon, Birmingham and Hereford. We also compete in ad-hoc friendly matches throughout the season. Visit the ‘articles’ link on this page for both end of season and mid-season reports on the 2012-13 season.
